I have never eaten fufu (cassava) ...so I would do garri or pounded yam instead (the only swallowable stuff I have ever eaten, I chew them though cheesy

)...but I digress...your food is beautiful....

I am in medical practice, and always tell people to eat healthy - salads
But, I don't like (I even hate ) salads...
Shame on me
I went on a date to a Greek restaurant one day...and thoroughly represented badly, smh. I remember the fried asparagus I managed to eat with something near horror

(But if I must, I can do lots of green pepper, strips of carrot and lettuce/cabbage and with avocado chunks and chicken strips....with a large helping of peppery pepper...avocado is the only dressing I can bear to consider)

Anyway, I envy people who eat salads the way goats eat grass...I always mentally slap them as they dig in.

I though i was the only person who doesn't like salad
