This statement is false as the location of the mosque is where Muslims believe Muhammed (PBUH) ascended to heaven. Thus, it's a reverred site in Islam. Outside Masjid Haram and the Prophet's Mosque both in Saudi Arabia, the Aqsa Mosque is the next holiest site in Islam.

Secondly, for you to know the importance of Aqsa Mosque to Islam, you should know that the Aqsa Mosque used to be where Muslims faced in prayer before the Prophet (PBUH) received a revelation changing the Qiblah to Kaabah.

What more reason do you need to prove that the mosque is important to Muslims?

Concerning who owns the place, this has been a contentious issue. That's why access to the place is shared between Muslims and Jews. Moreover, because the place is the holiest site in Judaism doesn't diminish its importance in Islam too.

Well there will be uprisings and protest across the Muslim world and attacks in Jerusalem and the west bank itself but it will die down. The Israeli are prepared for the shock, the middle east is not strong enough for that. The government of Al Sisi of Egypt wont do anything because he is from the Military and his government depends on the massive military aid from the US government and she has a peace deal with Israel. The Young Crown Prince of Saudi won't really want an issue with the Israelis because he prefers to have them as allies than the Iranians. The Saudis really hate the Iranians trust me.
