please my infinix hot 4 x557 touch pad is misbehaving. it did not fall, it just started like that. the maximize and reverse button only.

initially when it does this I press the power button then unlock it and the touch pad picks up but now the minimize and back button have entirely stopped responding

I just got this Note4pro with X-pen.

I can't use my finger to navigate especially the back n minimise button.

Sometimes the keypad jumps whenever the phone is charging n I'm trying to use it.... Solution is take of the screen protector

I moved my Xhide files from my previous Note3 pro to Note4pro but now I can't view all my files. Use your old device to restore your Xhide data. After that run a backup on your previous phone and then restore the files on your new device
