Oven steamed salmon with orzo and mixed veg

Orzo is pasta that looks like rice.

I neva cook am before, it has been in a cupboard for almost a year Lol! So na trial and error!

Hopefully I don't end up with semo and mixed veg! Lol!

Mine is a locally owned place called ‘oak table’. They are really good too. But the wait is always too long so I don’t go there as often as I do ihop.

My 2nd favorite is also a local, family-owned restaurant. Their omelettes are so delicious!! I usually get a combo of the omelette with a side of French toast. I feel like I’m culinary heaven when devouring that entree

Bring a pan to fire (low heat)
Pour a little coconut oil(home made)
Put onions n stir
Added the pepper so it fries a bit
Poured tomato n green pepper
Poured my meat n tiny meat stock
Covered to stimmer after spices/herbs
Then pour in d cabbage
Stir n bring down

The aroma is divine
Crunchy
Used to put fresh cabbage when i want to heat it again
Cos we ate same for dinner n ate alone as keto breakfast.

Hello people.
Is there a way to one can prepare chicken the nkwobi style. Or any other local way to make chicken look like that? Has anybody tried this before. Tired of every other way to enjoy chicken.
