What was the reason for your rejection initially so that others will learn from your mistakes?

a very big kudos to you all for this great and informative thread.
i'm very new to the whole canada ish, but since my interest picked, i'm all for it!!

please i have a few questions and need clarifications in these areas, would really appreciate the help.

first of i have a postgraduate HRM degree from a uk university, does that pass as a masters for EE?
if not do i need to evaluate my first degree B.A from a Nigerian university alongside the Postgraduate degree?

I always thought I would have an epistle to write but I am seriously numb, I don't know what to say, but I just want to give Almighty Allah the praise because without His full support I wouldn't even get here. My special thanks to @40manlappy,@mummyjaygirls,@ugoiyke,@dupsyshoo my darling, you came through for me regardless of my numerous plenty questions, God bless you, @Ajujuju2, @Noviolence, @yewwygraceful my boo @yokus @mrsbee @glitteringstar, oluwatoyin I don't know if your here...please you guys are just too numerous to mention, the support you guys gave me daily brought tears to my eyes.

Good day my good people,

So i decided to use ETX-NG in sending my transcript to WES from my institute, It has been one hell of an experience, 4 months and still counting "Oversabi is a really bad something" .

And then to my question, they have succeeded in sending my transcript with their snail pace. Are they also responsible for contacting my school to respond to WES' mail. just sent them a mail, i am not expecting any response till next week. Kindly respond if you have experience with them.

Please, is it possible for one to travel abroad from naija to any part of the world/country without having or knowing anyone in which ever country he/she chooses to travel to? all in search of a greener pasture? or are there countries of such that allows anyone to freely travel to and settle in, even if you have none there?

I just need to vent for a second. I am preparing for IELTS in January and I am finding listening practice test rather challenging. I have done over 40 tests on YouTube. My issue is that I don't even know which ones are real because when I do the ones posted by some channels I rarely get higher than 34, they are wickedly difficult but when I do the ones by some other channels I always get 39 or 40 and I feel they are too easy. It's confusing, how do I know which ones are real? They all have similar patterns and voice recordings.
I really need to improve my listening. My husband that I am the one that tells him what they say in Oyinbo films(he doesn't hear their accent) is even getting higher scores in d practice tests. Any tips Pls helep.

Try and start using the Cambridge/ESOL materials. Find a quiet place and practice. I usually advice peeps to attempt all the sections at a stretch (and not to practice them in isolation) - LWRS....just so you can simulate exam conditions and build strength for the real thing. Do not worry about the scores, they will improve over time and after much practice.
One trick is to look through the questions well, if possible get a grip on a couple of questions at a time so you can listen in for the answers.

Don't worry about the difficulty level, having done 40 practice tests, I am sure you will kill it. I did only two (covers face) and got 8.5.

Having written many exams in my life, I can tell you this for free.....there is something that ample practice brings, it is confidence, just remain calm on the exam and know that if you are calm, you will definitely kill it. Just keep practicing.

Zenith Bank would give you the letter in the required format. In fact, by the Mercies of God, they would also do USD Conversion and CAD conversation on your letter....

Please i need to ask about the International Credential Evaluation; I read on a thread to only evaluate the highest credential. For me this will be my MSc. But will I get more points if i evaluate my BSc as well? Sorry if this has been answered already.
