Chairman, Senate Committee on Public Petitions, Ethics and privledges, Senator Samuel Anyanwu has stated that Nigeria Senate no longer regard Mr. Ibrahim Magu as Acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He gave this revelation at a press conference while reacting to questions bothering his Committee.

He explained that there were massive petitions against the EFCC, but they could not invite Mr. Magu because he was no longer seen as the acting Chairman.

“There are petitions against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission by some Nigerians, but my Committee does not see Ibrahim Magu as the Acting Chairman and that is why he was not invited”, Anyanwu said.

The lawmaker further said his committee would use 2018 budget defense to track down Magu.

“The 2018 budget is here, we will it as instrument against EFCC for defying Senate resolution on Ibrahim Magu”, Anyanwu submitted.

Magu has turned EFCC into a debt collection agency. If someone is refusing to pay you a loan you gave out, report to Magu, EFCC will swing into action sharp sharp and lock up your debtor

The impunity with this APC government is deafining and fully glaring for everyone to see.
A government that does not obey the rule of law,
An incompetent government

I pity anyone who takes the government of Buhari seriously.

AllHailBiafra:
For those who still don't believe that Magu is a criminal tool of apc planted in EFCC to track down their political and assumed hostiles; the case of INNOSON MOTORS should be enough to convince you. It should also be a clear revelation on the chronic disdain for the people of Igbo extraction by hausas and their Yoruba partners. These people are good for nothing but they're working tirelessly to pull down the businesses owned by Igbo business moguls. They used EFCC to hide behind Gtb to destroy INNOSON MOTORS for refusing to relocate his automobile plant to Lagos under subjugation, imagine that kind of greed and arrogance. If they succeed subjugating him, tomorrow you'd see some idiots from brown roof republic here on nairaland spewing trash here telling us how they accommodated us in their land. Useless Good for nothing lazy sculls mining criminals brown roof arrogant punks. They don't want Biafra to be free even though they will have Oduduwa to enjoy, but because they don't have anything contributing to their so much loved one Nigeria, neither do they have means of sustaining their Independence apart from Dangote, they're scared of standing alone, yet they hate those sustaining their existence. But God will punish them come 2018BIAFRAREFERENDUM.

Somebody halla my Monika....

You're a deluded miscreant...simple. grin
