I'll like you to help me out in this user-based study of eCommerce site customers. Your answer will help me understand what makes people like and patronize a particular eCommerce shop over the other and Why?

I'll need atleast, 20 respondents to this survey so that I can analyze and use the data generated to do a Research Paper.

So,

Please, Give me your answers in the following format:

1) Between Jumia and Konga, which one do you mostly buy stuff from?

2) Why do you always buy stuff from your answer in (1)?

3) Is their any special benefit you get when you buy stuff from your answer in (1)?
- Ease of Use - How Easy to use, is that Platform?
- Trustworthiness and credibility - How genuine are products you've bought from that platform?
- Rewards or Compensations - Do they give discounts, extra items etc when you buy stuff?
- Personalization and Suggestion and Easy access - Do they relate relate with you in such a way that you find it easy to search&see needed product, make you payments and do other things online?

4) What could make you to dump your answer in (1) and switch to another eCommerce shop?

recently I started using Jumia, they are working to become better because they lost alot of cash this year


Konga people are not serious again. poor customer relations etc, I also think Jumia products are becoming cheaper
