Yes ..he is right ..the phone can be traced .WD have a department in police that can do such .much as I detest Nigeria police but they can locate the phone

Lemme help u sir,ure worth 700million naira,u bought a phone of 400k,and it was stolen,in it u have the phone numbers of business associates in 32 countries,and getting it back may b hard,now thats painful,he his willing to give u d phine just give him the sim,now if a guy who saved all his money to buy a phone of 60k n it gets stolen,damn that guy needs the phone not the sim,u can take the sim,but not the phone biko.

If you do welcome back, you lose all your contacts.

With the IMEI I can track the Phone, any simcard inserted or any social media account runs on it will pop up my email. Quite expensive service though...

In the place I am currently, somewhere in north east Nigeria, you just go to the police, pay 5k and within 2 weeks you will be called to collect your phone. 2 of my friend's phones have been tracked like that.
