For most private sector, I just found out this is a trend. December salaries come next year. That said, hold yourself, spend below budget and avoid unnecessary borrowing.

Make your employers realise how everyone is good when given the chance. When work is assigned to you and you find anyone idle, carry then along and report accordingly that they helped you achieve the desired goal.
