Nairalanders please help me out here. I slapped my little sis last night since then she's been spiting out blood. Like if she tries to cough out catarrh through her lungs, it will be bloody.
Please nairalanders what should I do? I'm devastated.. could this be internal bleeding?

PS, she has ulcer, the doctor we called said it could be the ulcer. She has taken drugs since morning and the bloody is still coming out.

This is not something to bring to nairaland. Take her to hospital or pharmacy immediately or you have blood on your hands.

If you don't have money beg them to save her life first and you could be lucky they listen cos its Christmas.

If they still refuse tell them to at least tell you what to do to stop the bleeding.

If you leave her without treatment she'll certainly die. My friend nearly died too.

Try taking her to see a doctor for proper check up and for some tests to be carried out on her

Tell him you slapped her and its not ulcer. You definitely have parents. Get them involved.

If that isn't responding positively visit the nearest hospital or very good pharmacy.

Go to the nearest hospital you have around or a specialist hospital.

I Can Imagine your pain right now, I know very well that you are not enjoying this xmass at all.
There is no advice you will get here apart from seeing the doctor.

jeez the mistake has been made and she admitted she hit her sister. rather than blaming her all over again n making her feel bad, if you don't have a good recommendation for her ,let her be.

The ulcer may have ruptured a blood vessel she could. Bleed out if you leave her at home.get help

Take her to the hospital so they sedate her to arrest that incessant blood coughing then, the doctor should figure out what's due to be done.

Like you have read from many people, take her to the hospital.

She should see a doctor and a lab test should be recommended fast.

Take her to the hospital asap...don't try any traditional or herbal concoction please! Just give her enough water to drink,maybe you slapped her and she fell and hit her chest against something thus leading to the internal bleeding...you're not giving complete details I guess

Whether it's the ulcer or the slap that is causing her to spit blood, she still needs to see the doctor,if it's ulcer its even more urgent You see a doctor than you think

Wash scent leaves(efinrin in Yoruba)and squeeze the water in a cup. Don't mix it with water. I think it will hopefully stop the bleeding

If the bleeding stop, take her to a nearby hospital as soon as possible
