If we at the beginning of the qualifiers were grouped in a group of death, with each team being former and current african champs in Africa and you still call our players average. Is it because we are Nigerians? Why is it that our things are never of value? No wonder white people came and gave our ancestors mirrors to cart away valuables and lay claims to our heritage. Its amazing. All the integration, differentiation, calculus , trigonometry and algebra wey we learn for school, this is the end result? These things were there so as to help us think how problems are related and how we get to solve them. Shikena.

Back to football. We came through our group home and away without a single defeat with the same average players and not forgetting that we qualified with a game to spare. Has it not occured to us yet that we may not be average after all? We have seen star studded teams get trounced. Nothing beats team work. If team work got us this far, then to hell with the clamour for a star studded team. If we crash, we crash. Its even understandable if we had lost in the qualifiers like 2 times at least. But other than the loss to South Africa, we have faired quite well and commendably so. Ghana with all their top quality players playing week in week out could not qualify even to save their country.

Let us learn to appreciate one another. Appreciate the beauty in what we have. I take a bit of exception to that notion that we are average.or we have an average team. This team is going places but it can only go so far if we dont tear down what we built with our weird mindsets and mouths. The same mouth we use tos say exceptional is the same we use to say the opposite. Which one sef? This is a football thread yes but as much as we like to see it as such, it reflects also our state of mind. Our thinking pattern. Are we building or pulling down? Are we encouraging or tearing other people to pieces?

Lets just ask ourselves that. Pause and think......

Our attack is overrated. Remove Ighalo and the much maligned Nwakaeme, the rest of our attackers and midfielders combined cannot boast of 5 goals between them this season.

It is obvious what your intentions are for the SE. All your criticisms is not for the growth of the SE rather it is because you truly hate the team especially because your players are not always selected, so you truly pray for our downfall so that you can laugh at us.

If the 3 of you deny my accusations, prove me wrong by showing me anywhere on this thread where you wished the SE success in any of our matches in the past?

Everytime before any game during the qualifiers, you all will wish us badluck only for these same players you so hate and write off to enter into the pitch and win, not just winning but performing and winning excellently well. But none of you guys will ever comeback after the match to congratulate the team for performing far above your expectations or predictions, rather you all will disappear for awhile only to reappear after the dust have settled to continue to castigate the players and predict doom to the team as a whole.

I am referring to @forgiveness, @mickeal2, @komern and others listed earlier on especially.

But going into the crux of my post. I want you all to know this!


-WHETHER OR NOT ALL OUR PLAYERS WHO PLAYED OUR QUALIFIERS ARE BENCE WARMERS WITH SEAT BELTS IN THEIR CLUBS, THEY WILL STILL GO TO THE WORLD CUP. FACT!

Have you ever wonder why some players keep getting call ups despite under performing in their clubs? Spain kept inviting Torres even while performing abysmally for Chelsea. Fabregas was always one of the first name on the list despite not having enough playing time with Chelsea. That's one country as an example. Do you know while their coach kept faith with them-it was because he knew that they'll deliver.
Marcos Alonso has been phenomenal for Chelsea since last year. Do you know what? He is still hoping for his First invitation.

I studied both players and I discovered Kelechi relied on tap in to score goals while Solanke will take on 2 or 3 players before he scores.

This study took me days, weeks and some months to make my conclusion.

Now, today Solanke is on the ascendary while Iheanacho is going down. Why?

Because Manchester City didn't believe Iheanacho talent lays behind a striker hence the need to convert him to a striker.

That was biggest mistake of his life.

Rohr self could see for himself Iheanacho is not a striker hence the need to play him on the RW and later as false 9.

People shouting upandon about are of no good to his career. They are his biggest enemy.

If his club wants him to stay, he had better stay than roam around clubs he is not sure of getting a start but if they want to sell him, France is better because he no go smell bench for German. I don't like the league for Nigerian young players.

A solution must be found for Kelechi and Musa's predicament. They must be made to understand they dont have automatic shirt in the team.
If they understand this, they will certainly tast their agents to search for solutions for them this winter transfer Window.
