Oga na so e be o. Hormonal changes and all that. Abeg turn the odour to air freshener. it should get better with time. Let her also take lots of water.

Ukpehi rice

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of rice
1/2 cup of whole crayfish or 2 tbspns of dry ground crayfish
1 medium sized smoked fish
ukpehie (igala), iru (Yoruba), ogiri(Igbo), daddawa(Hausa).
1 large tomato (optional)
1 scotch bonnet pepper/atarodo or 1/2 tsp dry pepper (optional)
2 onions
Salt
2-3 seasoning cubes e.g. knorr, maggi etc.
Palm oil (optional)
Vegetable oil
6-8 chunks of beef
1/2 cup green vegetables e.g. spinach or preferably efo or ugwu (optional) I used green peas for this particular recipe since I had no green vegetables at the time.
1/2 tspn minced garlic and ginger (optional)

PREPARATION
Wash your meat and rice seperately and set aside
Clean your crayfish, if it is still in in the whole unground form and then grind/puree the crayfish in a blender with one onion, the tomato, ukpehie/pepper and some water. Set the crayfish puree aside
Slice your 2nd onion and green vegetables into tiny pieces
To clean your smoked fish, boil some water, then soak the fish in the boiled hot water for about 2 mins, then it will be softer and easier to take apart. Remove the bones and other inedible parts then break the edible part into little pieces and set aside
Boil your meat in some water, add about two tbspns of your sliced onions,one seasoning tablet, the minced garlic and ginger and little dry pepper. Let it boil till it is cooked, then set aside
METHOD
1. In a saucepan, parboil your rice for about 5 minutes on medium heat, drain the water and set aside
2. Put your vegetable oil and palm oil into a sauce pan on medium heat and heat it up, add your remaining sliced onions and saute/fry them for about 2 mins or until they become slightly brown
3. Then add your beef and beef stock, seasoning cubes, salt, dry fish, and crayfish puree/blend. Add some extra water and let the mixture boil for about 2 mins
4. Add your parboiled rice and mix it in with a wooden spoon. Let the rice boil for about 10-15 minutes or until it is soft enough to eat
5. Just before your turn the heat off, stir in your chopped green vegetables and some onion. Cover the pot and let it boil for 2 more minutes
6. Then your dish is ready to be served
NOTE: Unlike the tomato jollof rice which turns out red because of the tomatoes, the native jollof rice dish turns out brown because of the dryfish and crayfish in it.If you increase the quantity of tomatoes and palm oil, then your rice dish will have a more reddish colour like the tomato jollof rice.

Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo all been a while compliments of the season. Not been easy with me fibroid pains, loss of appetite, not easy taking my prenatal drugs i only take at night b4 sleeping cos if i take during the day its nausea all day. Folic acid was better than this Microfer drug im taking . The only dinner i can take is oats and milk with no sugar. cant take anything sweet not even ripe fried or boiled plantain else its nausea all day. The day t ook okro and stew with locust bean soup and drank water with drug, i threw up that night while lying down to sleep... dont know what is happening no MS just nausea with loss of appetite.


In all i thank God for grace and mercy 15weeks + so far will be going for my next scan next year i have done 3 scans so far...

Yay please where did you see this wardrobe? please can i send you money to buy and deliver, this is the exact thing i want to buy when shopping been searching for it. you know why? my cousin sister have been using it for her daughter since birth and the girl is 6 years old now. it beautifies the kids room and very strong and good i hope its same height with hers sha cos her own is almost taller than i am. A friend sent it to her from oversea so i dont know the price. It has enough space and you can keep things like water flask, toiletries etc on top. I like it cos its unique and not like those small common ones...


I think the price is cos of xmas wait till after the festive period and price it for like 20-25k ...

Whenever i peel it off, it gathers back again i have rub olive oil still nothing pls dont waka pass without answering my question please i need a solution thanks.

Don't get me wrong....I asked cud that be the reason why some adults talk with baby voice,because theirs(tongue tied) wasnt noticed on time.(you mentioned that""before its too late'' in your previous post' wen you raised the issue.

if it is baby voice they talk with self e 4beta. Dis one u wont understand wht they are evn talking sef or trying2 pronounce. Our tongue aids speech as it moves, then check whn its hooked dwnu. A mother brought her baby of 6months, smone noticed it nd told her, it ws removed. Most mothers dnt knw abt it. Thr is a stage d child wl attain2 it bcoms impossible2 remove it. Unless it cn b don n abroad dats d one i dnt knw. ( I bin tink say u quoted me4 troble as usual). Ahnie my paddy paddy.

Is it a skin tag? I had skin tag on my nipple in second trimester but removed it with thread tying.. Check google if its skin tag.
