Sorry the explanation given by the presidency even further implicates the government. If the said list was put together since 2015 how come a federal law maker by name Herman Hembe, that was elected in 2015, and sacked in 2017 by the supreme court made the list?

Again, I thought we were told that Buhari's absence didn't leave any vacuum? Maybe Jesusloveyou will help you explain this.
