Legendary South African Special Forces aka RECCE "Danny Roxo": In 1951 Roxo was attacked by a LEOPARD, he had no knife or gun on him, leaving him to defend himself with his bare hands. He suffered some heavy wounds, but managed to strangle the beast to death, thus making the first entry in his list of legendary deeds. In 1975 he was Ambushed by 11 Cuban soldiers after doing an operation to blow up a bridge. After some heavy gunfire went down, the rest of his team ran towards the noise, only to find all 11 dead before him, without him being shot once. In 1976 his truck got hit by a landmine, and the vehicle landed on top of him, he was still alive for more than an hour, not making one sound of pain. He mustered enough strength to take out a cigarette and upon finishing it, he died.

The Untold Story Of Nigeria’s Human Compass, Who Led Nigerian Troops Into Sambisa Forest Against Boko Haram And Got Killed For .. The statement by the Nigerian Army Public Relations Officer, Brig Gen Kukasheka Usman to newsmen regarding the latest attack on troops only mentioned that 4 troops paid the supreme price while 9 were wounded in action when a Boko Haram vehicle laden with Improvised Explosive Devices rammed into an MRAP vehicle, which exploded “killing 3 soldiers, a civilian JTF and wounding the other soldiers.” There was no mention of the names of those that died in that attack until when Ahmad Salkida, a freelance journalist that specializes in reporting the crisis in the Lake Chad, broke the news on his twitter feed, that the civilian that was killed in that attack on January 8, 2018, was actually a septuagenarian vigilante named, Baba Mustapha http://saharareporters.com/2018/01/12/untold-story-nigeria%E2%80%99s-human-compass-who-led-nigerian-troops-sambisa-forest-against-boko |
