Hello Noblekids. Fertilsan M is a fertility supplement for men. It depends on what other drugs you intend to combine it with. You will have to ask your doctor before y can combine it with anything else, especially if it is another supplement so that you do not overdose on some of the vitamins and minerals.

To make aki hausa/tiger nuts drink:
Select and wash tiger nuts; soak for a few hours or overnight.
Wash and soak dates for about an hour to soften; remove the seed
Cut coconut in smaller pieces
Blend all the ingredients together, sieve and refrigerate.

Please I need advise. My husbands test results came out and it’s really bad. He has no motility and his sperm count is about 100k. I also did tests my Hsg was ok although I’ve always had pcos but with metformin I’ve been ovulating. I don’t want to go down the ivf route again because the last time it was really stressful. Is there anything he can take? My parents are suggesting we use a sperm donor but I’m not sure I want that, though I’m open to adoption but he is not

Hello dear,
you can try vit b6 during the first half of your cycle, don’t go beyond 100mg please. You could also try garlic. Swallow a fresh clove of garlic daily for about 5days or thereabout when youre approaching the big O. Lastly, you can use preseed, it’s sperm friendly. Good luck

Don't say it's really bad cos my DH's was quite lower than that and here I am today expecting God's gift to me.
My DH was taking manix, proviron and vitamin E, before I knew it belle iyaf enter with the help of the most high God, the protocol breaker.
Don't worry, other mums will give their own suggestions, with God's help the sperm count and motility will certainly increase. It is well sis

To add to what iyamefa said, also make sure u take lots of water, believe me it works because when Clomid made my cm disappear, water was what did the magic sis.

I may not be right but considering what I have learnt in ds group, Vit B6 is almost similar to progesterone and its advisable to take after ovulation and not before. I will suggest u try evening primrose morning and night once AF starts and stop after ovulation. also drink lots of water. you can also use preseed if d avenue is too dry. its very sperm friendly.

some mamas in this group have testified to God's miraculous turn around in similar situations. I would suggest you try Fertisan M, manix or addyzoa for him.. baby dust fall on you.

My dear, I really love twins. If God gives me 2sets of twins am ok with dat but if He decides to gv me 3sets, I will be grateful too oo!! My hubby is an identical twin and he loves to beget twins also.
Ds TTC journey don show me shege no be small as if make I dey pack d twins dey go. Besides, I prefer to make d pregnancy journey shorter and take care of them once instead of one by one. But in all, God knows d best way to bless His children.
Don't worry sis, when God gives u twins, the strength to take care of them will come cos one of my cousins dat's a bit lazy delivered twins(boys) and she was so happy. She has been taking care of them alone with her hubby, no house help. Now, she s ttcing again and wishing for twins to end d conception journey. So mama, better buckle up and fire dey go cos twins are coming ur way soonest.

I wan fall for my chair ooo. Hubby's daily prayer point is twins. He has even named them "JASON&JADEN"(BOTH MEANING GOD HAS HEARD!). I think i concur with you now. Its just the atress involved. Joggling work and taking care of twins at the same time is quite a handfull but i dont mind oooo. I would go through all the stress to be a mother.....i don buckle up my dear. Pls, I need ur advice on this issue currently disturbing my peace. I'm on clomid cycle day 19 and i took d clomid on day 3-7. I usually have 27/28 cycle length and I do ovulate on cd12-16. This cycle, I felt slight abdominal cramp last week and I suspected ovulation though too early to happen but I didn't notice ewcm. I only noticed cm but not stretchy. I decided to wait further to know if I can see ovulation egg white on my supposed fertile window but I noticed none except little watery mucus. I've been checking my cervix to know if I can see ew but I found none. Yestaday, I inserted my finger inside my veejay as usual and saw a string ewcm mixed with blood. I repeated d process and still saw d same. I was now confused and started asking myself if it s ovulation sign or what. I grabbed dh in d night and DTD as I don't want to miss any chance. On reaching today, I checked and I didn't see any ew again but a white mucus. My ew days usually last 4 five days.
So sisters, this has put me in a state of confusion since yestaday. Though we've been bd since cd12 till today cd19 but I didn't figure out when I actually ovulated. Am now afraid to bd cos i don't know wat s happening. Mamas, pls advise me, should I continue kpekusing or I should leave it 4 now?

Pls, don't jump and pass oo. Help a sister.

fertilty drugs and not just clomid have a way of altering your your cycle. Id suggest you use an OPK to determine when exactly you are ovulating. Asides that , keep baby dancing every other day and you are perfectly good to go.

yes you definitely can. They perform separate functions. To get a complete package of nutrients, id suggest you take pregnacare(preconception).
