The only state in Nigeria offering and teaching calisthenics in Nigeria, maybe even in Africa.



Calisthenics = Teamwork, discipline, precision, courage, leadership and sportsmanship.

What's the big deal about I mean the look is cool but it's not any better than power lifting, cardio or other forms of exercises. You do know calisthenics is just working out without weights. There's no way this only place in Nigeria you can do this. Maybe if they can't do pushups, pull up and situps outside of Osun.

Calisthenics are also popular as a component of physical education in primary and secondary schools over much of the globe.

In addition to general fitness, calisthenic exercises are often used as baseline physical evaluations for many military organizations, such as the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test and the U.S.M.C Physical Fitness Test.

Sports teams and military units often perform leader-directed group calisthenics as a form of synchronized physical training (often including a customized "call and response" routine) to increase group cohesion and discipline.

Even the US Army and other military institutions evaluate and recruit soldiers based on calisthenic exercises.


Obviously, you know nothing about calisthenics and what I find odd is you even denigrating calisthenics and school children not only learning and doing calisthenics, but also learning discipline, cohesion, precision and physical exercise thats a lot of school children in Nigeria are not even exposed to.

[s]Please find something better to talk about, many of you just hate and criticize over nothing, even hate on little children learning and doing what even adults like yourself cannot do and never even thought or practiced.


And if you are not able to see the pictures, get better viewing platform or maybe even job or platform is blocking you from viewing certain websites because I'm looking at my pictures in vivid colors.

The state of Osun Governor, Rauf Aregbesola on Sunday could not curtail his joy as he received medical students of the Osun State University who recently graduated from the V.Kharkiv National University, Kharkiv in Ukraine.

The Governor who was visibly elated by the development commended the new medical practitioners for being good ambassadors of the state while in their 4 and half years study in Ukraine.

Aregbesola held that the development is indeed a cheering news as he is elated that the initiative became successful at the end of the day.

The elated students were appreciative of the good gesture of the State Government pledging to be diligent and discharge their duties in line with the ethics of their calling.
