How can you be sure nobody can be totally free of doubt? Don't say if you don't know. Your faith in an entity is reinforced by the experience you have with them. When I approach my bankers to make a withdrawal, I believe without any ounce of doubt, that I'll get the funds, because my past experience with them implies that I do. Mathematically, if something has been true in 9 out of 9 times, the probability that it'll be true once more is 100%. I have experienced God's faithfulness in ways that can only mean that I trust Him more, so there are issues I can pray to Him about, without any ounce of doubt.
And your faith doesn't need to be completely doubt-free before it becomes effective, all it has to be is as much as the size of a mustard seed. God knows the nature he put in you, so he didn't say you'd need a mountain-size faith to move a mustard seed, rather, with a mustard-seed-size faith, he has assured that you could move a mountain.

Yes, how can he(God)?
Man made God/god not the other way around, so don't expect God/god to act without man's input.
There was a time when God/god was actually needed to solve problems but now God/god has become a huge problem that requires solution.

From my experience of walking with God, I've come to learn that sometimes you pray for some specific things, and it appears God didn't answer, but if you don't waver in faith and you wait patiently, you get to find that God works to meet the very purpose for which you've asked Him for that thing. For instance, after college, I asked God for a good job, but it never came. Instead, God helped me build a great business which I really love. It gives me the financial comfort which I wanted in a job, plus the added benefit of flexibility and time luxury that I may not have gotten from the job.
Prayers about Boko Haram? There are a number of things:
1. First, you can't be sure that things would not have gotten much worse without people's prayers.
2. If as a Christian living in that region, you've prayed in faith for things to change and they refuse to, Just know then that there is more to the situation than you know and be sure that God will either instruct you to leave as He told Lot, or He will guarantee maximum security for you and your family even if thousands fall by your side.
3. God didn't say the world we live in will be totally blissful always. As a matter of fact, there are prophecies that speak of tribulations at the end time, so it may not be productive to be too specific while praying some prayers. So for BOKO HARAM, pray about it, and like I do, leave God to decide the time and specifics of how it winds up.

While I was a corp member in a local community in Bayelsa, moving round the community, one would see marks on buildings which indicated how high around those buildings the flood rose in the previous year. Then in that current year, there were meteorological forecasts which most people-including the government- held on to that the flood would be worse. I knew I couldn't leave the town, cos I planned to not travel throughout the service year. So I just declared in the presence of some of the community guys, while they talked about the flood. I declared that for as long as I was in that town there would never be a flood. They thought I was just... But when the time came for the flood to arrive, the river around the community actually went further down when it should have risen way up, and that created a positive impression on one of those guys.

Things I can pray about without any doubt? one would certainly be life assurance for me and my family. I mean I'm more than certain nobody can just die anyhow. Health, Prosperity, eternal life, academic success, etc are some others.

So Seun, like I said, your faith will be reinforced by the experience you have walking with God. By the way, if something has been true in 9 out of 9 times, what is the probability of it being true once more?
