Mama....baby kick shouldn't be painful except if u lie or sit in an uncomfortable way
Teamie, since the pain isn't reducing please see ur doctor first thing tomorrow
I feel cramps sometimes, what I do is to take my bath, drink chilled water and rest
It relieves the pain.
Don't worry nd stress over it.
You are covered by God's grace.
See your doctor tomorrow.

We are fine mamma. My bump looks so big, l keep hearing congratulations iya ibeji. I'm not sure about the kicks yet. Abeg June mamas na only me waka come?

My bump is not too big yet but my breast is another case. I am getting the 'wa so layo' (you would deliver safely) prayers though. As for the kicks, they are very subtle and feels like gas or like butterfly fluttering around. If you are moving around at the moment it happens you might not notice.

When u born, u will understand that it's not so easy to leave your baby no matter the circumstances surrounding the birth. I see mothers crying when school resumes just because their babies will have to resume schooling.

My problem is with ladies that carry this burden all alone leaving baby Daddy out if it intentionaly or otherwise.

Any man that thinks am only worthy to be baby mama will pay through his nose and must be financially involved. I really don't care if you marry me or not o. Ama milk you dry with that baby.
Even if you deny paternity. I will use DNA and get the court to force you to do what you are suppose to do.

I cannot come and kill myself.

Congrats mama, please port yourself to the newborn thread,
I didn't do exclusive but if your nipples are sore then your baby isn't latching properly. Make sure that the whole tip, including the areola (black part) enters your baby's mouth. Youtube videos can help with guidiance

For the pain, get a nippleshield (you can find on Jumia or most baby stores) to protect while you get the hang of it. You can also get Lansinoh nipplecream and rub on it to relieve the pain

Sorry ma about ur tips. I read dt u can use lasinoh cream on ur tip. Its baby friendly. U can also rub ori on ur tip before n after bf. In all still kip putting baby to suck cos it will also hasten ur healing. This is jux d little I know tho v not experienced it. U can also try using d search button on d thread. I hope it helps.

You can take pap, hot tea, pepper soup, bitterleaf soup, fenugreek, palmwine and lots of water/fruits too

The whole tip including d areola enters baby's mouth properly, I think d problem is cause I have inverted nipples. The thing keeps going inside even after baby sucks.

Inverted tips: get a syringe (without the needle oh, hehehe) to pull it out

Chai! While my own is flowing like River Niger....d thing sef will be pouring wen i did not press it o. Hian! God knows i was not prepared for this breastfeeding stuff at all.
Not doing any exclusive abeg. Sometimes baby will suck and afterwards i go wan faint.
Aptamil all the way!
Small formula and plenty bress milk is not bad now...
