Fundamentally sound stocks are go for dividends.

For profits (price appreciation) sell @ your target ROI, i.e SKYE bank is not fundamentally sound, but guys made more than 100% ROI within two weeks.

I hope nobody took offence. I was only reciting what happened to me many moons ago. I remember the case of my UBA stocks. I kept averaging down all the way to when the stock traded below N2.00. At a point, my kids almost dis-owned me, cos it was looking like madness to them. Luckily UBA later released one enticing Q1 result, and I did vum with some profit later.

Some other stocks weren't so nice though.

But I never used loan of any such else I would have long been dead.

- if price is trading above d day low but below opening price .. d bears are still at work but slowing down (allow dem)
- if price is trading above d day low and above opening price .. d bears are getting exhausted (watch closely for higher openings)
- if price is above d day low , also above opening price and even above prev day close .. umm d bulls hv crept in quietly
- and be be lo

We all had diff stories Nse has dealt with us ..Averaging down could be dangerous atimes, esp if u don't have enough money to continue

I do understand but the reversal might happen so fast that you might not be able to observe all that FX wrote about. I may be wrong also. Depending on how exhausted the market drives participants at the end of the day.

fight ! Oh Please.. not me.. I only said it was not CP's call to tell people when to sell. Because there was absolutely no reason to say that. Have you asked yourself why people are selling ? Ha there been any bad news since the bull ? Results has not been released so why the panic ? It's just another clear madness of people !.. I'll be the last person to fight here o. CP is among one of the people I refresh this page all the time to read their post but telling people to sell for no reason ? when you don't know the number of units they have ? Na so bear dey take start.. Some don't even know how to sell gradually.. they'll just pack everything come market to sell at a crazy price..
