DeRuggedProf:Closing sign today, indicate possibility of pull back tomorrow in the Price of FCMB, and if that happen, it will affect the Price of Diamond back. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by DeRuggedProf: 3:02pm On Jan 29, 2018 |
Investnow2017: FCMB sold 169,118,404 units today! We are watching. Thought it will not do even 30m. Same old tricks... |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911: 3:04pm On Jan 29, 2018 |
Chibuking81: Activities in Diamond practically kept FCMB northwards today. Once profit taking occurs in Diamond, expect others to reverse. But I have been wrong in the past. |

Chibuking81: You are very very very observant.... Gather bids, then 'JANET' them at tail end.... Weakening psychological momentum before charts respond... |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911: 3:10pm On Jan 29, 2018 |
DeRuggedProf: LOL. There are activities that charts will never ever show you. Take for instance DangSugar suspected breakout.... That was just market makers doing their thing (closure and open prices). Thank God we are now wiser, they no fit job us anymore. |

mendes911:Fidelity, FCMB, and Diamond bank, moves together. When ever bull or bear appear in the market, the three behaves together. Once one or two out of them enter full bid or offer the next one will join suit. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by DeRuggedProf: 3:33pm On Jan 29, 2018 |
mendes911: When you deal in a particular stock for a long time, you develop that feel for its price action. There are stocks that no matter the gragra, you know they have their season and will just keep ranging. I will give one example, see how wonderful Afriprud is, but it has not done much, in comparison, for a while. TIME and CHANCE! Many will enter UCAP and AFRIPRUD late, then their money will be deducted and given back to them as dividend, brokers will extract their pound of flesh, price will then drastically pullback and start ranging lazily until they become infuriated and sell, then voila.....! 2 Likes 1 Share |

DeRuggedProf: I wanted to keep it like forever but the gain is to tempting. I am like I should sell it and wait maybe in the future it might come down to the price I bought at then I can buy again. Looking at the way things are I am not sure if it will come down that low any time soon. I may be wrong just my opinion. |

Theonlycoolmonk: When it's time, take some profit especially if you need the funds for something good. It helps to avoid any regrets while whatever is left will continue the game - up or down. Mostly good for dividend stocks/watchful long term investor - as you get paid your dividend while you wait on more capital appreciation. Do your DD please! |

We know they are already here. More will come. Foreigners Pile Into Nigerian Stocks, New York ETF as Oil Climbs By Paul Wallace January 29, 2018, 6:23 AM EST Easing dollar shortage has also helped boost sentiment December was best month for Nigeria stock inflows on record Nigeria’s stocks have been among the world’s best-performers in the past four months, and foreign investors are a big reason for that. Net foreign inflows to Nigerian equities totaled 337 billion naira ($940 million) last year, the first time flows have been positive since at least 2013. December was the best month since Bloomberg started compiling data at the beginning of 2014, with net inflows of 140 billion naira, signaling a switch in sentiment toward equities in Africa’s biggest oil producer. Nigerian equities have gained in allure for international traders, thanks to the rise in Brent crude prices to around $70 a barrel and an easing of dollar shortages, which are helping Africa’s largest economy recover from its worst slump in 25 years. They’re also attracted by what remain among the cheapest valuations on the continent. READ: The World’s Best Stocks May Gain Even More If Oil Holds Up The turnaround has seen investors pile into the New York-based Global X MSCI Nigeria ETF this year, too. That’s increased the exchange-traded fund’s market capitalization to almost $100 million, triple the size of a year ago. |

Why most of the stock recommender select few stock to analyze and recommend, instead of the whole NSE Quoted companies. Since there is a provision of buy, accumulate, hold and sell. Recently I have not seen any of them recommending some undervalued stocks like Eterna oil. The same was the case of Dangote flour, when they are undervalued, none of the recommender, recommended it. Tomorrow, if Eterna moves to #20, they will start having it in their list. |
