Take it easy. Stock brokers are not fraudsters. Whenever they are through with the dematerialization, you will be duly informed. At times, they encounter problems/delay with registrars of companies.
hehehe. It is not easy trusting someone u don't know with money.I didn't know that it does take that much time to process.I was thinking that should be around one week, but i now know that problems might arise.I am curious cos i really want to know how many number of shares i have with different registrar and i am planning to execute sell option when due.I am still learning on how to trade from gurus in the house.Thank you.

Maybe they needed to lower expectations. The rights was not fully subscribed. I do not think they want to change their year end. It must have been an error. The results woeful sha. Pity me, I didnt download it.

UAC Property did post their result and later it was retrieved. What are they up to?

EPS 97K. Debts have reduced. The finance cost should reduce going forward. Full year EPS can top N3.50k

Based on their today closing price.
Price 113/ q2 EPS .97 = 116.5 PE

All things being equal in q4 i.e
( Let times their q2 by 2, to get assumed q4) 0.97 x 2 = 1.94 EPS

Probably their q4 PE based on today price should be around

Price 113/ 1.94 EPS = 58.24 PE

I think there are lot of stocks that has lower PE than them, according to this their result.

Flour Mills. The only force that might keep this one down will be the ongoing fund raising..

On a closure look, where did 5.5b come from net operating gain?

Let's have a look at what their q4 may likely look like.

First, their q3 PE is as follow;
Price #30.85/ 4.56 EPS = 6.8 Q3 PE

Then

Assumed q4
4.56/ q3= 1.52
1.52 x 4 (4 quarter) = 6.08

Price #30.85/ 6.08= 5.07 ( likely Q4 PE)

Rights issue will increase the number of their outstanding share, thereby affecting their final year EPS shocked
Because Profit After Tax (PAT) will be share to the total share, which will include the current right issue.

Have you considered that the money from.yhe rights will be used to pay off debts they owe which in turn will reduce their finance cost from this N25b you see now to maybe N19b. This is like N6 added to the PAT.

So the effect of dilution from the rights is eliminated.

This is a N70 stock!

Bola Tinubu might have the highest stake in Oando through his nephew Adewale Tinubu
Chief Executive of Oando. The vice president prof. Yemi Osabanjo and minister of finance mrs Adeosun were both his slot, and there is no how they will not defend the company of their boss.

As far as President Buhari and Tinubu are still together, the forensic audit might not take place, unless the former and later parted to their own different way.

There's no relationship between Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) and Wale Tinubu. So your conclusion maybe faulty!

But the number of shares that will be sharing the earning will increase, thereby reducing the earning per a share. Did you see it that way?

But anyway, their result is good, and their PE shows that they are among the undervalued stocks, like, Eterna, Fidelity, Access bank.

How come all the chairmen of Oando in the last l8 years were Obasanjo's friends?
