What this guy said is absolutely true. Their media #radio up there is sensitising them on the importance of PVC, how to get one and who to vote. Most of their youths have PVC on hand.
We are just good at social media clap back and following entertainment, on that day of election we would all be at home sitting and waiting for miracles to happen

Though the ND militants said more than this in the run up to 2015, his opinion does not reflect that of most people who support Buhari.

Certainly, I don't feel that way.

If we have laws that govern such conduct it would be nice if they are put to use.
