First contact was for further employment verification for me ( bank statement,payslips,pension,tax documents) and English proficiency for hubby.
Second contact was still employment verification ( Company's registration documents,Company'tax documents).

You sound like this is a migration agency. Everyone here is also an applicant just like you so cool down. If someone with experience in the area you seek help comes along they would help you. Other than that please also read up on older posts.
