CS isn't a zipper. If you think it is then you need to check the process a CS uses. My animal doctor has done this in front of me. It entails a first cut through the stomach walls and then a second cut through the uterus.

This would mean 2 zippers are needed and each zipper must optimally agree with the uterus and the stomach bearing in mind that the uterus expands and so does the stomach and as the uterus grows it pushes tight against the organs in the stomach thereby essentially turning it into a fragile balloon ready to pop.

I am waiting to see how you achieve this upgrade in humans. Perhaps after every CS in a woman the doctor shouldn't stitch up her uterus or stomach. Perhaps they should glue it together or put in a synthetic zipper so her next delivery would be pain free

There is argument about this. Some say its by choice and some say its by nature and they are born that way. Some even claim there is a gene for it. The jury, as far as I am concerned, is still out. Though I lean towards it being by socialisation, and sometimes by choice. I do not agree that one is born gay.
