Which is easier and is more likely to make you repeat a sinful act....confess to another person who chastises and advises you on how to avoid it...or being holed up in the privacy of your room and pray to God and believe you have been forgiven? I ask again, in which of these two scenarios is it easier to repeat a sin?

I have left church in the middle of service to bleep my Colombia gf when I first met her....I pray God should forgive me anyway. This is not to justify sin but the scriptures say "what can separate us from the love of God?" God hates sin but loves the dinner. I always advise people to avoid sin , but if they sin, the church is the best place to go for cleansing. Do you know that by listening to God's word, we're cleansed?
Let's not condemn one another but encourage ourselves to yield more to God and in no time, we'll realize that for the child of God, sin is not an option but a matter Christ already dealt with for us. God bless us all.

There are 10 commandments. If you keep 9 and fail to keep 1, it's like breaking them all (Sin). While this is true, folks may be tempted to limit it to sex.

There are many inappropriate things folks do on weekdays/weekends and end up in church on Sunday. Examples include;

Lying
Cheating
Defrauding
Drugs & Alcohol
Masturbation
Insult Elders
Stealing
And so much more...

I think it should be generalized; except you intend to deal with SEX particularly...
