I don't understand the speculation. Asphyxiation is not what happens and then kills one INSTANTLY like a bomb explosion or a bullet fired in the head. It's something that happens gradually, and before it gets to the point of killing, they could have opened the car doors or turned off the heater an turned on the coolness of the airconditioner. |
