Not that I do not recognize his achievements but truth me be told, Southerner played a huge role to his prominence. Who knew Dabgote before OBJ's time? Think.

Dangote is a man who was given opportunity and he hardly squandered it. He knows how to make use of any opportunity given to him and that is why appreciate him.

If the North has achieved much in all those areas he mentioned, it should be something of pride as a Northerner to come out and educate others about them. I know Dantata story and how be helped Dangote. The family has always been wealthy since 1800s, it didn't start today.
