Also, you don't have to open another account.
I asked this same question here in Jan and someone told me to pay with my GT card, i did it and it worked fine.
I paid the whole $1040.

Thanks so much. Someone here said there's a limit. I'm not paying for myself alone. That's the issue

I stated in my PR application that my wife has BSc and MSc but were not evaluated, so we did not claim point for it. Now, I was asked to upload her certificates. She has BSc certificate but no MSc certificate. She left Nigeria before her graduation and up till now, she has not collected the certificate at UNILAG. However, she has "To whom it may concern" to show that she has finished the MSc program.

Should I upload the BSc certificate and MSc documents and probably write a LOE to explain why there is no MSc cert yet?

Need your input please

I believe you're on point. Carry on as explained, even though I do not think an LOE is mandatory

Modified: But her education should actually go to personal history since no points were claimed for it

I didn't claim points for my husbands qualifications so I didn't fill anything under educational history but went ahead and included it under his personal history, hence no place holder was generated for his certificates. You can also do same

PLS MY GOOD PEOPLE AM HERE AGAIN OH!

Please I have an option to send my documents to either CVAC (which they specified is a preferred option in the mail) OR Embassy of Canada in Dubai.

I need your advice pls;

1) with me using Canadian Visa Application Center-CVAC i would have to pay service charge by raising bank draft in CAD dollars which my bank in Nigeria might not be processing. CVAC uses Aramex courier service.

2) I discovered Aramex courier service is in Lagos and so I could send the package to Embassy of Canada in Dubai with no extra fees attached.

Which of these offices will facilitate the smooth and fastest processing of my application? Cos i read that CVAC forwards the documents to the VO. So I was wondering the advantage of using CVAC over directly sending it to Embassy of Canada in Dubai seeing that the embassy noted that using CVAC is a preferred option in the PPR mail.

My dear lady was telling then as if it was my right. The amount was not easily payable then and now too. If i have that amount now my POF would almost be ready for whole family. I would just declare it and explain as much as possible when filling my application and trust God for favour and success.

An excerpt from one of your posts ... " my visa was revoked cos I used B1/B2 visa for child birth and made use of some insurance during child birth" .

Two issues I've identified. (1) Use of B1/B2 visa for childbirth (2) insurance debt

For No. 1, well, it might not be much of an issue ( could be an emergency delivery for all i care smiley) if No.2 is dealt with.

It is contradictory to be indebted and claim you have the required POF. It would be better to pay up your debt because POF is such a crucial requirement in this process . CIC also requires that you state any outstanding debt.

Where you explicitly state what you owe US gov't in insurance in your application without redeeming such, it counters your POF and when slashed against POF (assuming reviewing officer is lenient enough to do so) , you're short of POF requirement. On the other hand, being coy about the debt, may land you into misrepresentation because they'd definitely know.

To be honest, take your time and pay the debt no matter how painstaking it might be . Failure of which, might raise the issue of insolvency (and credibility, if I may add) of PA.

Cheers!

Thanks for the confirmation @happytbaby. I have just seen that my UCI now appears on my profile. This process is a long and if i may add, a little expensive one but it will end in praise.

You were given two options. If I were in your shoes, I'd go with the less stressful of the two options given, which would be the courier in this case. Either ways, you would've adhered to instructions and would be rewarded accordingly

Go with option 1. Par-adventure your bank can't issue bank draft in CAD dollars, let them issue in US dollars then .

To put your mind at ease, you may seek further clarification on the issue of inability in raising bank draft in CAD dollars either by tweeting at them, writing them a mail asking if US dollars can be used in the alternative OR asking Aramex courier service ( Lagos, Nigeria) how people usually do it.

Congrats!
