Nigerians are some of the funniest people in the world.

You won't pay your light bills, the local DISCO comes and disconnects you, and then you go and attach charm to prevent the DISCOS from doing their jobs.

Meanwhile, because of people not paying their bills, DISCOS and GENCOS don't have money to make thing work better, to improve generation, to fix stuff.
