Agreed boss, not even buying anything.

Who else has noticed that the only thing preventing most stocks from going on full offer is the amount of offer available, the lower the offer, the faster the journey to full offer grin
This is the time to make more money.
Buy good stocks at a price significantly below fair value.

behold, the bears are let loose.....time to make money....cool
The problem we have now is they dont want to bring out results and if anyone buys now thinking the stocks are cheap,he/she will loose more money when the results are out.

Just buy some cartons of drinks and keep in your house and wait for the results.you go even buy fcmb and diamond banks around #1.50 if take some drinks to cool nerves.

Not yet, we still have a minibull in May then over to elections
There seems to be no correlation between election year and NSE performance.
Think we have discussed this before.

I don't do properties any more. The return from rental income is so low that when you figure in legal and every other fee you are left with nothing. I have over 8flats empty here in owerri, some of them had tenants who left without settling their previous rents and electricity bills. Since 2016, I stopped building. Its been stocks and tbills all through. But I wish you luck in your hostel business. Many pple with hostels around FUTO hear in owerri are putting them up for sale at ridiculously low prices. Why not come and buy one it would be cheaper than building from the scratch.
I am presently in court with three of my tenants. I am even pleading with one of them to take the 3years rent he is owing me and leave my house. For where. We have been in court for two years now and he says he will sue me after all. On top my own property.
Real Estate investment is the investment I dread most in Nigeria followed by transportation. In the real estate sector it is almost as if there are really no laws protective of the investor.

I don't believe in timing.
Last year you said we would get the best bargain in December, I don't think that was the case.
Some stocks will definitely be cheaper now than they will be in April.

once we see results and take advantage of the results, why wait for April again.
If results are delayed till April,we go wait till April and get much cheaper than now.
Do you get the drift?

Nobody knows what will happen on the NSE in April.
How are you sure that you will get them cheaper in April.

I am not making a recommendation o
Just an observation; you seemed surprised to see it at 2.55 and I just said it sold for 1.50. If it never got to 4 and the highest was 2.55 the people that bought would still be happy that they have made a kill

If diamond comes to 1, I will sell everything I have including my personal car, loan money from banks and buy more.
What gives you the perception that if it comes down to N1 it will repeat the upward cycle soon enough afterwards to necessitate doing the bolded?
