Hi JideSM I mistakenly transferred 1000 data from a VTU line to someone who told me he doesn't use the no I transferred it for browsing that he wanted it in his other line. The SIM I transferred it was a 3g macro SIM and that he doesn't want to cut. I had to send transfer another 1k to his 4g micro SIM which he claimed he didn't see. I had to check through vtm.mtnonline.com for details of transaction for that day March 4th 2018 only to discover it was sent to him. I want to transfer my data back. How possible is that please.

Hi ybalogs, checks on your line show that you had N1,330.92, you made some calls with balance of N1,292.87 after which you activated 1.5Gb @ N1,200. Let me know if you need more clarification. Regards

@JideSM, I need your help. I lost my dear mother last year in May. She was buried in September. I was making use of her line and just in late January, the phone was stolen. I went to MTN's headquarters in Maitaima (I live in Abuja) and reported the incident and was told by a from desk personnel to swear an affidavit in court and get her death certificate which I did. Only for me to get there and met one Hausa woman who said I must get my mother's ID card (National, Voters, Drivers license or International Passport) so they can re-register it in my name...unfortunately, my mother had none of these before her demise. Please what do I do? I don't want her line to be recycled and given to someone else! Having her line with me is like still holding on to part of her.

Hi pat077, kindly note that 4G coverage areas include ONLY Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. In addition, text 4G to 131 to confirm if your sim is 4G enabled
