Be strong and keep your chin up you'll be fine.
At a point in my life even when all had gone south i had 6 of my younger siblings in the same University to cater for.

My Persona/ How i live

I'm naturally shy and reserved but when i get comfy i can be a chatter.I thrive better expressing myself in writing though than talking.

Saying i'm sorry is the easiest and quickest word i can say.

I respect people a lot so i find myself sometime hoping into a public commuter and greeting everyone in the bus or cab and when i'm alighting i don't forget to thank the driver or conductor for the ride. Some people look at me like wetin dey do this one but its become second nature.

I am blunt to a fault and pretty well opinionated and this hasn't earned me very much friends.

If i call you a friend i'll tend to you and yours before facing mine.

I'm temperamental(under works though) owing majorly to verbal abuses growing up and my subsequent life experiences i.e my journey.

My weakest point as a man..i love women but now a changed man as i've grown older and more matured and also realizing how much powers women wield.

Smallies dem..a quick search of my moniker and posts would have been enough if you were any smarter.

Here's a thread i started in 2006 for your kind perusal and by the way how old were you in 2006
https://www.nairaland.com/22441/need-serious-advice-trucking-business#610104

I am even holding back from spilling much and yet you want to accuse me of telling lies, very laughable.

My story will loose all of its originality and sauce the moment i try making things up because i'll constantly need to keep up the falsehood to reach a climax, and that my brother is more energy sapping than keeping it real the way it happened.

Do you want to know how at the top of my game as a dirty fraudster i had made an upward of 500k-1m euros in assets and cash or how the almighty FBI instigated a crackdown on us (made the headlines both electronic media and print where i was living) and how some of us got extradited to the US?

I'm only holding back loads so as not to be seen as a snitch telling on my former crook mates,as everyone is trying to appear legit.

Please note that i had already started my trucking business 2 years prior to the topic above i only got worried that i had made a wrong choice of investment when the constant demand for maintenance and all sorts was becoming overbearing and i needed to sample opinions to be able to find out from people who know or are already in the business if it was well worth it.

I had a similar experience. My sojourn was through the Sahara to Libya. We trekked for three good days before setting foot on an inhabited land called Ghat, in the mountainous region of Libya. It was a terrible experience, and I had just become 15!

I have vowed to share my story with the world at the right time. Against the backdrop of my experiences and pain, I acquired burning aspirations that motivated me to develop myself to the extent of obtaining both bachelor and master degrees from some of the best institutions in the world, and I even made a first class in the process.

It doesn’t really matter how your story begins. What truly matters is what you make of all the pains, hardship, opportunities, and the experiences.

Hello guys, due to the overwhelming support i have received from a seemingly innocent comment on a previous thread and in response to popular demand to create a separate thread to chronicle my experiences,i have decided to do this here.

However,i would like to point out and crave your understanding to the honest fact that i might not be doing a bare it all here. This is so because at the moment no one can tell where or when special interests might come knocking for my story.

I wouldn't want to have bared it all in here and be left with nothing to hand prospective suitors. ( everybody like money)

The experiences i'll be sharing here are going to be straight up first hand as it happened to me some 20 years ago, beyond and present as it might relate to my narrative.

To get a proper perspective i might have to do a background intro so you readers will better understand how i ended up venturing on this voyage of yes/no return as the case may be.

It is imperative to state here for the sake of clarity that i am doing this not for some cheap popularity or attention-seeking-ego-massaging trip,i am taking this up as a first step to finding me healing from all the trauma and also to pass on a lesson or two to you readers on the dangers inherent on this journey.

I'm naturally a pretty well private person who's known to bottle up stuffs a lot, this explains why this is the first time i'll be baring my experiences of some 20 years ago for the first time straight up as it is.

I'll hope you guys enjoy reading as i give the narratives but i'll prefer a question and answer session kind of. I even confuse sef.

Please note that my narrative here is not an expert advise on travelling by road or illegally, neither does it seek to promote or encourage same. I stand against and condemn all illegalities as it relates to travelling and otherwise.

Here's the thread that got us here

Thanks Op but pls give us all d details. We won't be bored. No detail is irrelevant. We want to know what goes on even in d desert, burial ground and all.
As in, in full not abridged.
Thanks
