What is the dimension for the ring spacing for d reinforcement?

The depth is 900 + 225 (225 coming later)

Ring Spacing is @ 250mm c/c as designed in the structural drawings

Why block?
I thought the slab was suppose to connect with the concrete for raft?

That's why we initially have about 20+ columns to tie the slab to the beam - Its another structural method of design... i.e

1. All beams
2. Beams to a level above the water level, then block - (remember the reason beams were being use was because of the water - so now that you're out of the water, you can go to using blocks)

yes.. but are planning to achieve the best quality so we introduced columns to tie the slab to...... actually we've done a foundation that can go a floor more......

Thanks Ma - But I could have been richer if to say I dey collect money first ma - a lot of people end up owing or never paying up...

I appreciate ma - I lost the pics on filling (present stage of work) I would have uploaded it.

After the concrete raft foundation we added a course of block to further increase the height from N.G.L (Before German Floor)

The project so far...... There's been a change in plan, from that bungalow to a storey tall.

Stage of works so far.

German Floor.... and filling the compound to a level to prevent rain water staying on site.
