A Twitter user @simi_Sophia advised ladies not to assume they are a man's girlfriend until he says so himself.

Another lady is however of the opinion that it is way deeper than that and you need to have kids for him just to be sure.

Not in all cases! In My last relationship, i had this awesome lady that we were first of all friends and stayed close to each other. After a while, it metamorphosed into something beautiful without any "Toasting".

I have seen and Known of many scenario where people meet at first instance and it becomes clear without any asking or telling a lady to be a girlfriend, they have a beautiful relationship and then they end up in beautiful marriage(s) blessed with kids and also a lovely family.

She may have said that out of personal experience, probably she played into the hands of a "Yoruba demon" and came out with such an assertion. It always doesn't happen that way.
