Orofun1:It's not a good thing that people on ground can't confirm for us simple thing like accommodation. Few minutes of typing won't be enough to set anybody back in their "busy" schedule. IMO |

Alikote:If they are still in doubt let them use Google or call the embassy ; No one is at obligation to make decisions for them. Most people who are in Ireland just got there, they have things to figure out themselves , academics and making a living. Let people be polite when they make queries; They are not your daddy or mummy. If you can't get the answers you want and you have an offer call the International office of your Uni. Cheers |

Alikote:I’m not vexed just that people want to be spoon fed..most of these questions have their answers online. anyway Carlow is 1hr 30mins outside Dublin quite a hustle if your school is in town but maybe if you have a car it will be better...mans and women on ground too are just navigating Ireland...we never gara sef |

Those for September intake, can you start applying for visa now because someone told me you have to wait 3 months to resumption date before applying for visa. How true is that? |
| Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Blessedolamide: 1:37pm On Mar 28, 2018 |
oggysena:Very true. But you can start gathering your documents now. |

Hello. I'm currently filling out applications for certain Institutes of Technology in Ireland. I'd like to know if it's possible to present a proficiency in English certificate from my First degree University as opposed to IETLS or PTE.. Or are they really mandatory? I'd appreciate. Thanks. |
| Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Blessedolamide: 12:38am On Mar 30, 2018 |
Mauntee:Yeah, even if the school waives it for you, IELTS/PTE is madatory for the visa processing. |

pristine88:You do not have to be rude bro. Confirmation is different from the "likely" kinda messages about the subject matter (cost of rent). If I mentioned your name, it's bcoz I believe in your statement above the 3rd persons info. Funny enough, you could have granted the request with same time taken to dish me. All the best |
