Please start the process as soon as possible especially if you have a high CRS. Your uncle should also do you a gift deed.

Please note that your POF has to be with you till you land at least as some people have been asked to show this at the POE

Thanks a lot

@Senorita123: It's not just getting a gift deed that is the issue. The money must be available to him till he gets PPR, and even till he lands, cos he might be asked at any time during the duration of the process to show proof of his funds. Better safe than sorry.

OK. Thanks newmum

@Dannyko,

Bros ees like you may have missed the joke.

@Cliare40, Newmum,Qsola and all, it seems you guys missed the comment where someone told him he would rot in Nigeria and no one would give him visa. I saw it and wondered what it was all about.

Apparently, he started one thread about blah blah balah......and the other guy came to have a jab at him on this thread so he was digging at him back. Please cut him a slack. It was a totally unrelated issue, the other guy need not have brought it here.

It is, two years is a bit too long though. You may want to look at maybe a year. Also, you need to arrange for how to get your PR cards ...maybe someone can courier it to you. I pray they don't ask you to come and retake pictures though.

Good afternoon, Is it possible to just do a soft landing in Canada after getting the migration documents and return back to Nigeria before final departure to Canada let say in 2 years time?

Hello everyone...
My ND has my first, middle and surname in this format (Ob R Og) but my Hnd is in this format (Ob Or R) and they are from different schools. Pls will it affect my evaluation. Although my International passport is Ob Or R. Pls which should I use for Wes evaluation when registering? Thanks in advance for your response.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by ArcUgo(m): 8:51pm On Mar 27, 2018
I would advice you use the format in your International passport and then do an affidavit for one and the same person. to be submitted to WES. I don't think i will affect your evaluation. Abeg seniors make una chip in wink

Nop. There is no issue with that. You can just walk in to your bank to request for masters card too if you want so that your hat refund can also be credited back to your account when the time comes.
Every penny counts you know.

Thanks dear, I have a MasterCard now and payment was successful. I'm super grateful

@tribed, can u please confirm this as I read ur post in part 2 where you explained that if one has the POF in the form of TBill prior to ITA. The TBill certificate alongside the exchange rate from xe.com without an account statement are ok to be used as POF. Did I get u right? I will appreciate if u can confirm this. Thank you in anticipation of ur response

For mine,I used a notary public because I could explain what I want well and can give me the details I want.It took me roughly 3months to get my ECA report.Bless

Hello Pharm. Please have you gone passed the PEBC stage. I need some answers from any pharmacists that have gone passed this stage. First, which is better to use to certify documents from your own experience : the notary public, commissioner of oaths or a lawyer? Secondly, how long did it take after you sent in all your documents to get the eca report.

Please I only sent my MSc to WES, am I suppose to send the bsc also?
quote author=beautyfoch post=66198104]Good day E-fam, please i have a question.

Is it possible to include a degree that is on the verge of
conclusion for WES evaluation....
For Example, I will be presenting my MSc final defence next week after which we will wait for Senate approval of the results before transcript can be requested for. But i have no idea how long its gonna take.... we know how these kind of things play out in Nigerian Universities.

So is it possible to fill out my Bsc and the pending MSc for WES evaluation then pay the $233 for the evaluation of both and forward my Bsc transcript and cert while waiting for senate to approve the Msc results then request for the transcript n co.??

Then if the Bsc evaluation comes out can i dive into the pool with it.
Cos with Bsc alone my Crs is 423 but with Msc the Crs is 462.

I already have my IELTS result LRSW 8.5, 8.5,7, 7 and it will clock 1 year by May. Don't want it expire without serving it's purpose.

Please kindly advise. Thanks [/quote]

The B.Sc will not be finalized stand-alone, both will be finalized together. Even if you have the B.Sc, it is unlikely that your CRS will be within ITA range. so, just wait.

@gensta sorry I didn’t reply your pm on time was quite busy.
For certification of my documents, I used a notary public but a lawyer can be used provide he/she has a seal to authenticate the documents.
As for the ECA, I got it in 9weeks but response time is dependent on the volume of work they have to do per time. To avoid delays ensure you send all required documents.
