All I know is that my data vanished rather quickly and I have switched back to Glo which is hardly any better. We need a new entrant that will free us from expensive bad services.

Airtel is creating this scene because they'd terminated their special offers to customers. which one is campus bonus again? I never subscribed to that,yet they keep telling me campus bonus. I only subscribed to 3gigs monthly offer for 1000.

I subscribed a 5K worth of airtel megapack data last month February. upon 3days to expiration with 2Gb+ left. I couldn't browse telling me am out of data, thereby directing me to the free facebook page.

I called customer care hoping it would be resolved as I was told to wait for 12hrs. after 12 hours they sent me a message saying the issue has been resolved meanwhile it was still same old story.

Later I realised that when I switch to edge I was able to browse, upon switching back to 3G it does not work and hence it brings out same out of data balance page. I then did another 1k5 subscription hoping it would work. only for it to give me the same error. calling the customer care has proven abortive as they keep telling me they are busy. only God knows what all this is.

it happens to me almost every time i switch my phone on. I just ignore it and toggle off/on the mobile data till it starts working again. it's no biggie at times.

I have visited their twitter handle only to find out that am not the only one experiencing this. tons of people experiencing the glitch yet they pretend nothing is happening falling on deaf ears with so many complains and plea thrown around. as for NCC they are a dead organisation.

Thank God for MTN, no bonanza, no headaches. I rather subscribe with my N1200 and enjoy internet access than to go for *awuf" and experience all these difficulties

Sometimes, i feel these network providers need to do network upgrades or carry out maintenance tasks and they know this will affect network performance but they don't bother to inform their customers because of the negative effect on their reputation.

They just leave you to suffer.
Some like Airtel give you false hope when you call their customer care.

We don suffer for this country.

Same here, even tweeted at Airtel, but haven't gotten any response yet.

Airtel is the most useless and most fraudulent network in Nigeria. They deduct airtime from their customers line, and then say it was for VAS. VAS that was not activated by their customers.

Pls don't attack him. I have been experiencing poor network related issues, even to call customer care was wahala, until after few days i woke up at 2am before i was able to reach them and i spoke with a male staff, he said the issue will be within 12hrs, na the 12hrs i still dey soooooo and he mentioned i will get a text from airtel which I'm yet to receive. I'm only waiting to ditch their mumu sim like i did glo.

If only the money they spend on celebs as ambassadors would be channelled into serving their subscribers better services it will be good but the celebs know that their network is rubbish so they just sign deals, make their own money to increase their worth and portfolio i no blame them. I subscribed for 3.5GB data and network is very slow. I can't. Even do any online transaction.
I had too bring back mtn sim that am owing 1k recharge card which I never promised buy 3k recharge card and subscribe for data on my mtn sim.
Sad I had too pay back my debt to mtn
