Good evening. I want to say u r doing a good job here. I’m new here and I need help and advice. I bought a Plot of land from Adron homes through their installment payment plan. I was told by my marketer then that if I buy for investment purpose, when I need the money, they will get a buyer and sell at the current price and remove their cut. Now that I need my money I am being told that I will have to get a buyer myself. My marketer has left the company so I’m on my own. I was told that if I request for a refund, I will lose 20%. Please advice me on what to do so I do not lose out. |

Hello House, I must commend everyone for their open ness and brotherly love in helping each other avoid mistakes that can be avoided. I would like to ask if anyone have an idea on how much the cost of a full plot of land (120ft/60ft) cost at Sango Area. To be precise around Oni Pineapple, Ogba Iyo - Sango.
