download headset toggle on Google store.. Switch to speaker.

Download a new keyboard, you have a variety to choose from. If you rom is Chinese rom, then download Google installer so you can have play store and other Google play services installed. As for the notification, can we see a screenshot?

Modified : Yes, the stock browser, theme store, and some parts of the default music player have some Chinese characters.
You can avoid using the default browser, use Chrome or other browsers; the part with Chinese characters in the music app is for streaming, which is only useful in China.

The theme I used changed that.
Search the theme store for 'Trikster Green'.
And concerning the MIUI version I'm on, it's 9.2.2.0(Stable).
