Send a mail to them. They will tell you to detail on how your documents ought to be certified. They rejected mine as well, I sent them a mail and they told me the documents to certify ,and also made it clear that text stamp is not sufficient for such proof. I have sent them another set of my documents, WELL STAMPED with the notary public EMBLEM . they have acknowledge it.

Age of declaration is done at the court. It should be deposed by the head of your family, he/she is the declarant not your.

It's in this form:

I, Declarant's name...... declares that Kenthumphz is my biological son...

The court knows how to do it, it's thier thing.

They just gave me refusal claiming my document was not properly certified.

out of all the schools I applied to, they were the only ones that rejected my certification.
They also wasted my 19k plus I used to send the docs to them via DHL.

Does That mean that notary is entirely useless? Or just for your school. I just certified 4 sets of docs with them. Let me know if I’ll retrace

Embassy has not forwarded your visa application details to your prospective school auslanderbehorde.
which university are you heading to?
I might drive down to there office here and ask about your visa status if its around my juridiction.

Please house, I have 2 questions.

(1) What is German grade B- when converted to Nigerian grade?

(2) I sent 2 sets of applications to Uniassit last week (Application forms and certified credentials) I want to apply to one more school, do I need to certify my credentials again and send it along with the new application?

that's expensive now the last I did in pH was 1k per set when CH contain like 6document so I stick with federal high court cos am sure it can be as cheap as 500 per set

Make sure the certified documents carries the notary public EMBLEM and not only a test stamp. This is very important!
