Hey man, how does adding the dns work?

It's basic DNS. Either that or just download the 'Savage VPN' app from Play Store. When you connect to ntel then.open Savage VPN. Choose a location. US or UK and browse. Works good.

For PC, you have to go into connection area. Identify the WiFi adapter, right click. Properties, IP v4, modify then set DNS there.

Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4

I'm sure you can find something through google that will explain better.

Swift has poor coverage in my area but still very fast.

Mhen i have to hang my swift mifi like Spiderman for me to get full bars. Good thing that the range of the mifi is impressive. The new one. And there is a socket not too far away from there. So basically leave it there and use. Lol.

Thanks a lot Stan , it seems a lot better. I can't say much bout the speed 'cause recently my network bars dropped to 1/5 but with the DNS it's a lot more stable didn't disconnect like it used to. Really appreciate it man. Frankly, apart from downloading large files at a cheaper price, Ntel is W.A.C.K.

Exactly, it goes off and on...but its better for me now with the DNS. Gamed online for 2 hours without disconnection.

Ntel used to be damn fast I wonder if the problem is that they can't support all their users at the same blazing speed or they purposely just throttled everyone to 1MB/s - 3MB/s.

It's probably a lot of both.

In any case, ntel has carried or communicated it on its website for a long time now already, that the offered/guaranteed d/l speed for regular/unlimited subs would be 10 Mb/s (~ 1.3 MB/s.) So, speeds such as 3 MB/s are in fact a bonus on ntel, especially on-peak. IIRC, ntel settled firm on 10 Mb/s max after it finally dropped that throttling cum 3 MB/d shenanigan.

Ntel is unpredictable, it might just be that their service got better but all I know is that after adding the DNS, I was able to game online for over 2 hours consistently without lagging or being sent off the game. last time I tried it, I watched as my player stood still and received a close up headshot.
