Yes I made it.

Flour 00. If you cant find 00 then simply buy pure italian dough from any fresh produce market.
2 large eggs
1 or 2 pinches of salt
1 spoon olive oil or fresh oil (I cant translate this one but its sunflower extracted (big words) oil.....natural oil)

Mix the flour and salt then sift it, then add the eggs. Mix after it is well together add the oil.

Use a a roller and board to make it light. This can take up to like 5 to 7 munites. I normally hang it on the back of a chair/ oven handle to dry it. After 5 munites then I cut it for cooking.

I eat a lot. I can have two cheese burgers with large fries and still get home an hour later and eat this. If I dont eat proper food, then do know I have some biscuits and fruits to pass time. I love food.

The preparation process of the cassava is very long and tasking.
When you want to make abacha, you can buy already prepared and dried cassava flakes from the Igbo market women that sell ingredients and spices for soups.
It is available and very affordable
