I'm sorry I'm gonna be using we, cos yes, I think I'm intelligent.

first of all, yes, we are open to correction but it does not mean we take them, we think everyone else is too stupid, so we don't spend time making you see reason with us, we just let you talk and we go. we then analyze what you said if its correct and applicable, then only is when we take your correction

2. yes we are creative, that is the point of being intelligent. and yes its because we deep think alot.

3. reading? well each intelligent person have ways they gain knowledge, its not just reading. I watch videos a lot more than reading. but most times we learn from our environment and experiences, then the reading we do is to understand that aspect more. but school books? well intelligent people don't waste times on non important things, so most times we only open sch books 2 weeks to exam.

4. no we even skip classes. like I said we don't waste times on non important things. there is always a way around school and classes.

5. yes, we love solving real life problems not school(math and physics) problems.

6. we postpone learning a lot, we postpone reading for school to 2 weeks toe exam, I have bunch of tutorials I download myself on other topics I have not watch, but I still learn daily. its a gradual process

7. read my lips WE ARE DISORGANISED very very, I do not know a single organized intelligent person, we are very disorganized, always doing one important stuff or the other so we have less time for the regular stuffs

Relatively. There's no way she can be more intelligent than a primary school teacher who teaches everyday. That market woman can only be market-smart, not intelligent.

If intelligence is measured relatively, the Nigerian average would be 100 and his a bit above.
IQ is measured with respect to the global population.

I beg to differ. Not if -- IQ is measured relatively, and yes, on a world scale. So,it is possible for the Nigerian average to be below 100. That's sort of the world average. Unless the 100 here is relative to only Nigerians.

I disagree.' Smartness,' as you put it, is peculiar to something definite. So, we have several types of smarts. E.g, Messi is the smartest footballer of our time . He is football-smart. Furthermore, we have street-smart, business-smart, book-smart, etc.

That market woman you cited can be classed under business-smarts. The school teacher can be academically brilliant, therefore, classed under books-smarts; however, he will still be more intelligent than the market woman. Intelligence is general. It isn't restricted to a specific task.

The school teacher's neurons will fire faster than those of the market woman because of the brain tasking job he does and the more knowledge he has.

In a nutshell, intelligence is composed of several smarts. The more smarts you have, the more intelligent you are.

You may as well have an iq of 90 and still not be 'intelligent'.

That a student skips classes doesn't mean he/she is intelligent. That a student waits two weeks to exam before he/she starts jacking doesn't mean he/she is intelligent. That a student is disorganized doesn't mean he/she is intelligent.

Your post reeks of ignorance. Those are traits, and they are not peculiar to intelligent persons. You are very disorderly, so you think it's 'cause you're intelligent? please

It is quiet difficult to identify students who is really intelligent today, as there are no much differences between them and other students. But even at this, there are still some blunt characters intelligent students exhibit, that are seldom exhibited by other kinds of students.

In this article, I will share with you some of the characters intelligent students exhibit, that are never found in other kinds of students. So, if you really want to know who an intelligent student is, I advise you read this article painstakingly.

• Intelligent students are never dogmatic:

The most prominent character of people who are greatly endowed, is that they are never dogmatic. They are always open to critiques and correction. Even without being told, you should know that no student can automatically become intelligent over night. He/she must have been engaged in several relentless reading and researching. The most prominent character of about 97% of intelligent students, is reading and researching.

Intelligent students engage in intense reading and researching, in other to gain more knowledge, and to also retain the knowledge they already have.

• Intelligent students listens closely in the classroom:

Students who are intelligent, are also good listeners in the classroom. They are always attentive to gain whatever is being said in the classroom. In some cases, they get engaged in note taking in the class room, all with the aim of getting a vivid understanding of what is thought by the teacher, mentor or lecturers.

They make sure that they read through all what they noted in the class room and conjoin other materials (e.g Textbook or Note books) for better knowledge.

• Intelligent students love solving problems:

Another character that will help you identify an intelligent student, is his love for solving problems. Intelligent students are never indolent. They are always ready to solve educational problems as long as it will contribute to their knowledge.

Unlike every other student, an intelligent student is a problem solver. He/she does not run away from problems when they get too difficult. He will rather consult a superior to teach him the way to solve that problem.

• Intelligent students never postponed learning:

Intelligent students never skip learning. They would prefer taking their food away from them to asking them to stop learning. They love learning very much and would circumvent anything that will deter them from getting more knowledge.

I could remember those days, where we are told that there will be no classes in school, and majority of members of the class, will start celebrating. However, there are still some students who are not happy, just because the class was skipped.

• Intelligent students are well organized:

This might put you aback, but it is just the truth. Intelligent students often do their things in an orderly and organized manner. They make sure their learning materials are kept properly to avoid looking for them later.

It is very difficult to see an intelligent student who is not well organised. This is because they see orderliness as one of the values of learning. And this position is undoubtedly true.
