If this was not done at DPC level, can it still be done afterwards, like during the decking. I know that at that stage the reinforcement will not be attached to anything. What is the disadvantage of this?

It can still be done at the decking stage.
At the decking stage one will need to create an opening on the dpc in other to attached the starter bar to the dpc.

Completion of this stage of work, work achieved includes the following:
1. Plastering of main house, security house and the fence
2. Aluminum windows and window burglary proof
3. Window hood, face capping and external designs
4. Doors sub frames

From your attached picture, we can deduce the german floor is reinforced. What about a german floor that is not reinforced, how do we place the staircase starter bars?

You dig the starter base for the staircase reinforcement and cast the base with concrete.
The depth and width are specified in the staircase section of the structural drawings of any building.

I have been following all your threads, been reading since morning. I was looking for a self contained accommodation and the prices kind of steep. So I have been researching low cost houses and came across these pictures and would like to recreate something like these. I don't know much about houses but would like a rundown of the cost for a structure like these. These are 2 bedroom all ensuite. I would like a 3 bedroom version of it. Thanks.
