I didn't see payoneer on the payment option.

Here,it is called the Freelancer Debit Card. That option is there. You will see it when you initiate the withdrawal process.

Let me answer here, it might be useful to others. Open a Payoneer account, you will be given a USA Bank account with some other details you can use to receive online payment.
Go to the withdrawal page on Freelancer and choose express withdrawal. Then enter the bank details you got from Payoneer.

Sorry for the dilatory response. Hope you have solved the payment issues. Payoneer is stress-free. Plus you get reasonable exchange rates.
I tried Skrill, but the website doesn't support US dollars. Changing to Canadian dollars when I want to withdraw and back to US dollars when I want to sell to Exchangers made me lose money. The Exchange rates always affect my earnings. Besides, Skrill will still charge you when you send to Exchangers.
You can also try PayPal,but the fear of account limitation made me run. Not to mention poor rates when you sell to Exchangers and charges when you send as GNS. I abandoned the account after I escaped their hammer the second time.

I'm not sure if that still works. I even contacted support, and I was advised to use other options.

Another option is Skrill, but US dollar is not supported on the website. You will withdraw Canadian dollars but it will be converted to US dollars by Skrill or you can just open a Canadian dollars account. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Okay. But were you charged for card Payoneer issued to you? If yes, what's the card fee and withdrawal fee?

Hello, boss. Do you have any idea of the downside of the card? Plus, do you have any idea also (or link) about all the hidden fees?
Re: Freelancers, How Do You Withdraw On Freelancer.com by go4success(f): 7:44pm On Apr 23, 2018
I have not used Payoneer card. I sell to exchangers. You don't need a card to withdraw from Freelancer. When you receive your payment, you can sell to exchangers. But you have to apply for the card if your aim is to withdraw via Payoneer card/ATM.

Thank you for responding this far. I was considering this option but was confused because most freelancers didn't include Freelancer.com on their list of transactional sites.

Could you shed more light on how you do it as in the process?
Plus which exchanger did you use?
Plus, doesn't the 15 day waiting period delay your transaction with exchangers?

Look forward to your response.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I joined Freelancer not quite long and someone advised me to use a foreign account (I believe you guys understand), which I did. So I do hide my IP add whenever I want to enter ( since it's a foreign acct).

All has been going on well until I want to withdraw, they requested for a phone number. Since I was a newbie, I decided to ask people, and they suggested I should input my Naija fone number in international format (+234), I did so and I performed the withdrawal transaction successfully.

The next day, I got an information that my acct has been limited and I was asked to verify my account by 1) uploading a Government Issued ID, 2) Bank statement or utility bill 3) A photo of me holding my uploaded ID and a verification code (which was given) 4) Explain the discrepancy between your login details and location.

Later, I discovered that my acct has been deported to Naija (maybe due to the details I added). When I saw that, I have no option that to change the acct to my real details.

After changing details, I verified my account. I uploaded my Temporary National ID, my bank statement and the rest. All were rejected except the bank statement. I later uploaded my voter's card, the same also happened.

Now, I was asked to upload either a driver's license or international passport and also explain " why my present log in location contradict the records they have and also who was the previous name I was using".

So my question is: which answer do you think I can give that will be appropriate or as anyone pass through this stage before and can be of help?

Thanks in advance.

How many times have we been shouting on the roof tops: USE YOUR NAIJA LOCATION. There will be those who pick holes with you because you are a Nigerian, but they are in the minority. What you bring to the table will make employers colour and nationality-blind.

I almost did the same thing, but thank goodness I persevered. It's not easy to earn people's trust as a Nigerian, but once you get one or two five stars from credible client, you are good to go. It's your work that matters. Freelancer is not like Fiverr where you can play those pranks, they will get you when it's time for verification.

Freelancer is not so forgiving as Fiverr where you will continue to work after your account is deported to Nigeria. Be prepared for the inevitable. I don't know the way around that situation. You were using a fake name and picture right? There's no way to explain that.

Exchangers can't help you because they can only use an account that is connected to your name. If it's Paypal, it has to be verified with a credit card. And Freelancer will link it to your account.*You have to withdraw yourself, then sell to exchangers when you receive payment or withdraw via the ATM.
Go to the withdrawal page and choose any option that is convenient for you (Skrill/ Paypal/ Express withdrawal *via Payoneer). The fifteen days delay is just for the first withdrawal. During that time, you may be asked to verify your account. I have explained the process for Payoneer in my previous post. You can also choose the PayPal or Skrill option if you have a verified account with those payment platforms. Regarding the Exchangers, there are many trusted ones like Modath, Justi4Jesu, Nkay, Zdoh, Tabbaz,Funlord and more. Visit the Currency exchange thread in the business section and do your research.
Now to the advantages of each payment method:
*Paypal is okay ( You can withdraw as low as $30 and sell) but you need a verified account and it will be linked to your Freelancer account. Your account status will change to - payment verified and freelancer can charge your membership fees and payments to it ( that's why exchangers avoid it).
* Skrill is also okay in terms of the amount you can sell to Exchangers. If your money is below $200, use Skrill. (take note that freelancer does not support USdollars for Skrill , you may need to withdraw in Canadian dollars; Skrill also charges when you send payments e.g to exchangers)
*Payoneer is better than the other options. Unlike PayPal, you don't have to hide IP address and they accept Nigerians. You will be given US bank account and other details to receive online payments and there are no charges if you are not using the card. However, you must have up to $200 for your first withdrawal before you can send to Exchangers.
