i watch the food teaching in taste and in Mega Food http://seriesonline.fm/watch/QG31Mmvo-mega-food-season-1.html

One aircraft and more than 400 hungry passengers – that's the challenge faced daily by the chef's at Zurich-based Gate Gourmet. Every day they produce 50,000 meals for the visiting and home-based airlines, and each one has to be given the same care and attention as a five star meal.

The best soup for pounded yam for me , I use to mix with little egusi (melon), plenty iru (locust beans). My son started taking it when he was 6 months old and thats what I give to him whenever he is running stool. Working well for us.

Wow. Its also my best with P.yam. its a cleanser. Very good for pregnant and breastfeeding momas.
So good that ur son is taking it. During breastfeeding periods, it really helped us (I & kids).
Thanks

Been with grandma for 2 weeks
Her kitchen rules are something else
Everybody must be at the dining at the same time
Her grandchildren won't allow you enjoy your stay in the kitchen
Once food is served, everybody starts eating
If I want to take picture before eating, I will end up eating half of my portion.
Managed to snap today's lunch

Recipe pls

Scent leaf
Locust Beans (Iru)
Melon (egusi)
Palmoil
Smoked fish/ Fresh fish (especially titus), Meat/Chicken, (whatever)
maggi
salt
Pepper (Fresh atarodo)

pluck the leaf from the stick and cut like vegetable for easy blending,
wash your iru, pepper and slice your onions.
Put them in a blender, add water and blend to smooth (not too smooth though). It shouldn't be too watery or too thick.
after blending, pour it into your pot and add palm oil. @ this stage, u can add ur stock water if you use fresh fish or chicken or meat. if there is no such, add little water then put ur smoked fish or whatever u have available. cover it and allow to steam very well, don't leave it long on fire.

Scent leaf soup is ready.

To treat Pile (jedi jedi): don't add melon to it.
you can as well wash and squeeze it with little water (add just a pinch of salt). After squeezing, add another little water, sieve it and give to whoever wants to take it. (I give this to my son every 2 weeks to wash his system cos of all these ribena and co.). If the child doesn't want to take it, use syringe and give by the side of the mouth.

Kindly ignore any grammatical error!!!!

Modified: (1)Don't add spices when preparing scent leaf soup, it will hide the original natural taste and flavour

Thanks a lot, you didn't mention when to add the egusi

I mentioned it as one of the ingredients to be used, check the list.
Then, if you are purposely preparing it as soup to treat jedijedi, don't add egusi so it can work faster.
Also, I add egusi to my own just because of the taste but I dont add it if I want to use it for pile treatment so there won't be obstruction in the efficacy.

I think u understand it better now.

U can use the soup to eat rice and beans too.
