I didn't even have to wait a day sef, it was available immediately for pick up. Though I didn't receive a text, just went there and obtained it.

Please people that has passed through this stage should help us answer this. Is it the network I am using or what. It's like their docupload.cac.gov.ng site is not online at all.

I got one agent on phone. She said all systems were down but she gave me a number of someone in abeokuta office who also confirm the systems breakdown. Tuesday, i received a query which i promtly attended to. I received the same query again today.

Have you been able to upload? I just tried it now and it's not working. Seems like a bad link the docupload.cac.gov.ng. I am using MTN by the and the network is very strong here.

the site do fluctuate. try accessing it through new.cac.gov.ng and then click on upload document.

Thank you. I have been able to submit on the document upload portal in their homepage. That one was working, unlike the service.cac.gov.ng after login in. Time to wait for feedback now.

this is my situation summarised: ..... I am a lawyer and the last registration I did was manual registration at C.A.C office at Abeokuta...now..I need to register a private company limited by shares, have registered with CAC and also done my online registration but the problem nw is that I have not been able to make payment for reservation of the name on REMITA...is there any procedure to be followed in order to payment with my 1st bank MasterCard on REMITA....I have been battling with the issue for the past 3days to no avail...just help a sister.. thanks in advance..

Let's get it straight.

The first step in Business registration is name reservation. You submit names for verification and subsequent approval and then proceed to the Company registration. I hope you got this.

Challenges do not really occur on name submission for verification stage.

Restart the name search again. Where possible, create a new account and restart the process.
If it still persists, lets know.

Do you have any certification as an IT professional? Either a certificate in Data processing, Graphic design or anyone.
Better still, if you are competent in Graphics design, you can design a certificate if you lack such.

That was how they were giving me problems for proficiency certificate... Even after the issue of certificate has been scrapped by CAC.. they were still saying I should upload Computer training certificate until I had to remove the computer training from my nature of business

Am sure they would still have asked for certificates for it training or asked me to specify what type of IT training,which will lead to certificate because I added General IT contracts but they said it's vague, I should specify. Then I changed it to General Contracts. Before they let me be

Hope i won't have problems if I go ahead and start the computer training after obtaining my CAC certificate. Despite it not being on the nature of business I registered?

I dont know where to even start. I am angry. I need help.
I did my business name registration myself since december 2017, and i have not gotten the certificate.

When i did not get any message about the availability of my business name certificate, I went to CAC office in Lagos, Alausa, they told me
that my collection venue is Abuja, that i made the mistake when i was filling the form, which i believe its not true.
Upon enquiry, I was told to hold on for them to contact the person who register my business name in Abuja, that they will send me a message,
since then I have not heard from them. I have been to Alausa almost every week, but it's always the same story - that I should come back,
the person in charge of my certificate in Abuja has not been responding or he is on leave. I have sent mail to their email address, they only acknowledged the mail, no response until three days ago where the handler told me to send my AVAILABILITY CODE AND APPROVED BUSINESS NAME, I did that , yet they are still replying me with the same thing- that i should send the code and other information.
I have also called the contact numbers - those ones were never reachable until yesterday, one Stella picked and told me to send a mail.
All they had to do is to just send my certificate from Abuja to Lagos, i don't know why that seems so difficult.

It's been five months now, and seriously, i have missed two opportunities just because i do not posses the certificate, it's been so frustrating.
I need help on any other things to do.

I reserved two names without "General Contract" in the objects/narure of business. Although, it has not been process bcoz I have not made payment.

I want to add General contract to my nature of business but there's no option for edit.

Do I need do new name reservation by selecting the "New Name Reservation" option or I need to create new account?

Please where did you get this from? They still insisted that I upload ict certificate and I have uploaded my ND certificate (Computer Science) for them. They should give me a break. Maybe I need to send them this link, their wahala is too much.
