In this particular incident, there are two vessels its reported. A disused barge owned by a militant that was undergoing repairs by a welder and a large vessel that has products got from illegal refining. There was an accident by the welder that caused an explosion which ignited all the products on the larger vessel.

A friend went there with a SSA to the rivers state government and posted all the pictures and narration on twitter. The firemen who responded where ill equipped and could only prevent the fire from coming on shore.

That soot is something else, that's cancer and other dangerous diseases loading in a long term.
I've been outside PH for almost a month now, and the fresh breath is clear, hands and feet are very clean even with open doors....

my name is Felix. I learnt that u live in ph ma. I'm asking becuz i would lyk 2 relocate there and start a fresh. I want 2 knw more about ph be4 i emback on my journey. I'm 21 an undergraduate in a federal uni here in ekiti. Dats fuoye and i had an issue in sch, the issue is concerning my sch fee, i bought a fake draft and i was unable to pay my fees. So i decided 2 leave becuz i cant go home and narrate such a story 2 my mum cuz i knew wat she did be4 she could get d money.
