Project: Construction of a 5 bedroom duplex
Location: Akure, Ondo state
Client: A nairalander
Contractors: Tigerkenn Homes Ltd
Project duration: 120 days till handover of keys.
Budget : NGN 25 m

We assure you of our quality and affordable prices, with speedy completion of this house. As usual.

Pictures of the house we want to build, please note that we have built this house in other locations, but the finish of this one will be very different, we plan to redesign the exterior features .

Thanks. I will be updating the thread as often as I can. I believe that N25m can go very far in the completion of this house, and I am already documenting my spendings.
