Try to find compatible driver for the Sound and display adapter.

OK, you say Working perfectly well how? The laptop is on? Can you hear the windows start up sound when you power it on?

Do this, press the caplock button on your keyboard, does it respond well? Like off and on when you press it at interval?

If yes, point a touch light to the screen, can you see any image? If yes then definitely there is a short.

If no, check the ram.

Try that, the one there is bad.

Before now i used the bluetooth on my windows 10 hp pavilion dv6 laptop and it works okay. i even use it to send and receive documents from a phone in the absence of a usb cord. but recently after upgrading my windows 10 the blutooth icon disappeared from action centre and it was like i never had bluetooth. I know the hardware is present as i have used it before but i dont know what is happening now. pls guys help out

Kindly give us the steps you took to update your graphics card driver. Did you do it through device manager or...

Second,
The only thing you can do right now is to roll back your PC to its former state (when the drivers were not installed).

I went to the device manager and clicked on display. My two graphics card drivers Amd... And Intel... Came out. I right clicked on the Amd to update from my storage, not from online, then it was updating and the screen stopped displaying my desktop rather just an arrow.

I don't usually advice people to update or download drivers online but if they must do it, it's advice able you read reviews first before you update because some drivers always come with bugs.

That's Windows 10 wahala, just search this thread there have been many solutions to this better still search the computer section.

Your laptop suddenly doesn't see hard disk?

Did you restore default settings lately? If no then fault is from motherboard.

Check pin 8,9 or 10 for 3vs and 14,15 or 16 for 5vs this are susp#(suspense voltage)

If voltage is there, check the 4 capacitors(c367, c369, c368, c3670) if there is a short to ground (transmit and receive pins) DTX and RTX

Everything is OK, then heat the PCH. It will definitely work.

If you can't do this, I'll suggest you take it to a good engineer closer to you.

Note : I'm only using this (schematic) as a example, it same on every motherboard.
